Any questions?
Everything you'd like to know about MELA BEAR.
What exactly is a weighted soft toy?
A weighted soft toy contains added weight, so it feels different to hold from a similar lightweight plush. Mela Bear is a soft companion for cuddling and cosy moments. How comfortable it feels is personal; we do not promise a particular result.
How do I care for MELA BEAR?
Follow the care label and instructions supplied with the product. Do not machine-wash, immerse, tumble-dry or heat it unless those instructions expressly allow it. Check for damaged seams or escaping filling and stop using it if damaged. If the label is missing or unclear, contact us before cleaning or using it.
How much is delivery, and when will my order arrive?
Standard UK delivery is free and takes 8–15 calendar days from ordering, including preparation and transit. If your order is delayed or missing, contact us and we will help. Your legal rights are explained in our Delivery Policy.
Can I return my order?
Yes. For an online consumer purchase, you can tell us you wish to cancel before delivery or within 14 calendar days after the day you receive it. You then have another 14 days to send it back. Email us for return instructions; cancellation does not need our approval. Change-of-mind return postage is payable by you only if disclosed before purchase. Faulty goods have separate rights. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.
What if my bear arrives damaged or develops a fault?
Please contact us with a description of the problem and reasonable proof of purchase. You may be entitled to a refund, repair or replacement under UK consumer law, and we cover reasonable return costs for faulty or misdescribed goods. A photograph can help but is not compulsory if the issue can be established another way. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for details.
